This process will involve your decision making on every design aspect of your newly built home from countertop choices, to wood, tile or carpet flooring, and tile backsplashes in the kitchen and showers.

Here are some of the items you can expect to choose for your home’s interior:

Electrical – adding fans, surround sound systems, etc.

Flooring – Tile, wood, carpeting, including styles and color selections

Kitchen and Baths – Countertops, sinks, cabinets (color, style, type of wood) and backsplashes

Fixtures – Faucets, hardware (handles, knobs) including styles and finishes

Appliances – Oven, stove, refrigerator in your choice of functionality, models, and colors

Window treatments – Shutters, blinds, including styles, materials, and color

The length of a designing appointment time will vary for each home buyer but generally, buyers can expect to spend anywhere from a few to several hours making design choices at the center. It’s important to take your time when choosing all the personal touches that will make your new house a home.
