Reed Porter has been involved in residential real estate development for nearly three decades. He has built over 13,000 new homes in every city in the Phoenix area. Reed began his career working with his father at Trend homes, a privately held company, where he later became President and served in that capacity for 20 years. In 2012, Trend Homes was purchased by Ryland Homes and Reed stayed on as Division President until 2015, when Ryland Homes merged operations with Standard Pacific Homes to form CalAtlantic Homes. He was then named Division President of the Phoenix division of CalAtlantic Homes where he remained until the spring of 2017. That year, Reed and his wife Sabrina formed New Village Homes with a focus on constructing infill communities of homes for sale.
Having been responsible for all aspects of new home building, Reed has extensive experience in building high quality, well designed homes. In addition, Reed brings incredible enthusiasm and passion for building homes of excellence and quality. Reed truly enjoys working with long time colleagues at New Village Homes to build sustainable new home developments in the beautiful desert community they call home.
